Shipping

Our jewelry is handcrafted in our studio, some items are in stock and ready to ship others are specially made for you, please allow 2-14 days for shipping. If your piece is required in a tight timeline please reach out via email to confirm availability, we are happy to accommodate when possible.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order is shipped another email is sent with your tracking info, please watch for this as they often go into spam. 

All parcels are shipped via Canada Post, Expedited or Express Post with tracking and $100 insurance, expect arrival within 2-5 days. We can fit multiple items in to a small envelope, We do our best to keep costs down for everyone.

We are happy to ship any orders under 17mm for no charge it will go regular mail, no tracking or insurance and shipped at your own risk. 

If requested & for high value items we ship Fed-Ex at an additional cost.  

As we are all aware delivery has become less reliable since 2020, please allow extra time for delivery. Once your parcel is shipped, it is out of or control, address can not be changed or redirected. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipping times caused by adverse weather events or global pandemics.  

Returns 

Each piece of Silver Suspensions jewelry is handcrafted in our Boundary Bay studio with care and attention given to every detail. Our goal is to have a happy customers who love and wear their jewelry daily. If your not totally satisfied with your items, it is unworn and you've purchased one of our ready made items, please contact me at terena@silverhaylo.com If 7 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange.

No exchanges on custom order/made items or any jewelry that has been worn.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & in the original packaging, subject to inspection upon arrival. Please contact us prior to return.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from exchange credit. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your jewelry to reach us or you may vary. Any product returned will be pending our inspection upon arrival.

We recommend shipping items over $75 with trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. 

Refunds

As with all small businesses, Haylo by Silver Suspensions does not offer refunds. If your jewelry is defective or was damaged during shipping, please send the item back for repair, we will ship it back to you once repairs are completed. If the item does not suit your taste, we are happy to exchange it within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to return conditions above. 

Warranty Policy

We pride ourselves in creating quality, durable and original jewelry, with 35 years of experience creating & providing excellent quality and value in our services. We strive to build our jewelry to last a lifetime, however jewelry is not invincible as it experiences everyday wear and tear. We test our designs for durability, wearability and longevity.  We stand behind our quality products and offer a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship. However once the jewelry leaves our care, we understand life happens and sometime accidents too, which are not covered under warranty. Cleaning & Care

To keep your jewelry looking fabulous, we offer you a lifetime of cleaning and inspection, available in studio only. For original purchaser only. 

Lost Stones

We always strive for perfection. Mother nature creates the beautiful gemstones used in our jewelry, we hand select each one carefully but internal inclusions can and do exist creating anomalies. We will cover lost stones for up to one year of the purchase date providing the following conditions are met. 

  • your jewelry was inspected by us within 6 months prior to the loss
  • the loss was a direct result of a defective setting
  • any necessary repairs were done  by us in our studio prior to loss
  • many stones are one of a kind, a suitable replacement will be used.  
This warrantee does not apply if loss is due to damages, improper care by the wearer, accidental or intentional. If any inspections or repairs were performed by someone else. This warrantee is for original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
